This is a 49.5 CM bike that is projected to fit those 4' 10" - 5' 2".

This was purchased this summer from Coco's and was ridden twice. She got a flat on one ride and decided it wasn't for her on the second ride. She was used to mountain bikes and was not comfortable with drop handle bars.
