Store Returns - Bikes
You can return any bicycle for a full refund within 3 days. Naturally, it should be in the same condition as when purchased. We have had issues with people buying bikes for photo shoots or joy riding and then returning them - please don't do that.

Store Returns - Anything Else
You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days. Naturally, it should be in the same condition as when purchased.

Online Sales Returns - Bikes
We really recommend that you don't buy a bicycle from us without riding it. If you are a collector/serious rider, great, that makes sense as you will be able to equate frame dimensions to ride quality. But, for novices, we really believe you should buy a local bike from a local source.

If you decide to proceed to purchase and then want to return, we will accept the bicycle back if it is materially different than we described. We ask that you alert us to your desire to return the bike within 3 days of receiving. We will not pay for return shipment and require it to be insured for the full purchase amount.

Our hefty $150 shipping charge includes Fedex ground domestic shipping, insurance and professional packing. If it is damaged in shipping, we will cooperate fully, but it is up to you - the claimant - to extract your money from Fedex.

We will not accept a return if it is the wrong size.
