1973 Toyota Landcruiser
Purchased from a customer of Coco's Variety, this Toyota FJ40 had been stolen, recovered and when it returned it ran better and had a fresh camo paint job. You will note in the 'before' pic that I was testing whether the camo could be removed with chemical stripper and scotch brite pads. Though I have personally done a great deal of work to the Fj, the majority of the cosmetic refurbishment was completed by Robin Adams. Also, the photos are by Robin.
Though ugly at time of purchase, it was a fairly rust free example with the only area that rust was able to make purchase was around the homemade tailgate replacement.
Not for sale at this time.
