Balance Very Clean and Attractive Vintage MTB City Bike Conversion

A very finely welded Tange MTB tubing frame that has a Ti like finish. Made by Balance, a short lived brand from the 1990s. Stripped and rebuilt, lots of new parts. Had a black stem and flat bar, but we replaced with a threadless stem with some rise and an alloy riser bar. 17" Medium $390
