Davidson Custom Road Bike - Handmade in USA

Vintage handbuilt bicycle made in the USA by Bill Davidson in Seattle. He is still making bikes and you can read about some of his ideas on materials and engineering here. Nicely kept bike and arrived very clean from a notable local collector, but it still needed a full strip and rebuild. The chain had dropped behind the freewheel a couple times and really tore up the spokes. Dylan replaced a lot of spokes and re-trued and tensioned the wheel. Cinelli bars and stem, mostly Shimano 600 with Specialized cranks. Miche hubs. New Deda tape, Michelin tires, et al.
