New Panaracers Mach SS tires, tubes, polycarb pedals, chain, Jagwire, Cane Creek pads, Blackburn performance MTB saddle means it is comfy but not squishy. Had uncomfortable bar, we changed to a Crowbar riser with near new lock-on Ergon grips.
