Specialized Hard Rock Stepthrough - Extra Small

 

Small 15.5" Specialized Hard Rock for someone around 5' tall. We stripped and rebuilt with new saddle, grips, tubes, tires, brakes, stem, etc. to make a comfy upright riding city bike. Paint is a little scratched and priced accordingly.
