Panasonic 24" City Bike Burrito Slayer Conversion

Been wanting a burrito slayer for yourself or a kid, but they are all too tall? Behold the 24” Panasonic Mountain Cat. As one can imagine, our costs in used bike refurbishment are mostly parts and labor. Initial purchase price of the bike is a rounding error. These 24” bikes are tough for us as they cost as much to rebuild as a full size adult bike, but few are ready to spend full bucks for a kid’s bike that will be outgrown. So, this is cheaper and rare.
