Bicycle - Take Ivy Style Cambridge Raleigh Step-Through

Take Ivy was published in Japan in the early 1960s as a style guide of Ivy League street fashion. A collector's item for preppie insiders for years, Powerhouse Books has recently re-released an English translation. Highly recommend Take Ivy and also Ametora in which David Marx unpacks the Take Ivy mythology and explains how it was the root of Japanese cultures interest in American fashion. 

This Raleigh Sports is my Take ivy bike with The Bicycle Exchange at Harvard Square frame stick, St. Francis bell and Cambridge license plate.
