Univega City Bike Conversion is a Cool and Quick Vintage Classic Road Bike
A lighter, more nimble #baguetteslayer Univega so Aaron built with narrower tires, black Tektro FL-750 brake levers and an alloy riser bar with a slight sweep and rise. Quite zippy! $395
53 CM ST with 54 CM TT - Medium
We call these bikes baguette slayers, as they are the perfect city bike for casual errands, farmer's market runs, riding to work or bar hopping. Unlike the burrito slayer, which is based on a MTB chassis, the baguette slayer is based on a drop bar road bike. Has a straight back, heads-up, see over cars riding position but is going to be faster, more nimble, more twitchy and less forgiving of potholes.
Where the burrito slayer mountain bike conversions are burly, take anything thrown at them, the baguette slayers are more delicate and refined. Lighter weight too.
