Used Jamis Road Bike

The right side fork was damaged in transport and the drop out was mangled, so we replaced it with a Surly Fork. Nice upgrade. 

It is a Claris group including crank with Tektro caliper brakes. 

Surprising at this price point, the wheels are tubeless compatible. The tires aren't, but when it is time for new tires, you could switch to tubeless setup.
