Used Specialized Rockhopper Mountain Bike

Specialized no longer makes mountain bikes at this price point. Current disc offerings start at about $1200.

This is entry level, but I have gotten way rad on way less. 3 x 8 gears to climb any mountain and a functioning lock-out fork, meaning for city riding, you can chose to lock our the front suspension for improved city speed. Also helps when climbing to no be bouncing around.
