Vintage Hetchins Frameset

There are fancy British frames and then there are FANCY British frames.  This one might even be the FANCIEST.  

Painted by the legendary Joe Bell, this vintage Hetchins has all of the hallmark flourishes one might hope to find on a bike of this age/marque: curly stays, curly lugs...you name it.

This frame (likely circa 1980s) features an internally routed rear brake cable, braze on shifter bosses, 126mm rear spacing and tons of intricate paint work.  It also features some less than intricate paint work.  Namely, the numerous touch ups.  There is a pea-sized dent in the top tube visible in the pictures.  Fair amount of scratches here and there but if you're funky enough, a whole lotta bang for the buck!

Includes a clean and serviceable Campagnolo Super Record headset and unknown (English looking) bottom bracket.

Needs new dropout adjuster screws.
